This week I worked on assembling other side of Rod holder to the base. With help of Joao we manage to mount the other side of rod holder and pen holder. Everything went smoothly. After assembly I started test stepper motor, Limit Switch, and Servo Motor to see if they are working fine using the Raspberry Pi and PCB Hat. Everything went perfect and I was able to calibrate as well.
This is most likely going to be the final version for this Pen Plotter.

Current issue:
step belt touching x-axis rod holder and pen holder
Uart Communication not working.
Future improvement:
Add a Emergency stop switch
